Deliveries & Returns

Online orders are typically processed and fulfilled from our Auckland-based warehouse within 5 business days of receiving your order. Once dispatched, orders are sent via New Zealand Post or an equivalent courier service to your provided delivery address.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order and the destination country. You will be able to select your preferred shipping method during checkout.

Domestic Delivery (New Zealand)

Deliveries within New Zealand are posted via New Zealand Post. Standard delivery times are generally up to 3 business days from dispatch; however, this may vary depending on location and courier conditions, particularly for rural areas.

International Delivery

International orders are fulfilled via New Zealand Post or trusted international courier partners. Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your order and the destination country.

Estimated delivery timeframes will be displayed at checkout based on the selected shipping method (Standard or Express). These timeframes are provided as a guide only and may vary depending on customs processing, local courier networks, and seasonal demand.

Please note that during peak periods (such as public holidays and seasonal events), processing and delivery times may be extended.

In some cases, items may be sourced from other locations within our network to fulfil your order. This may occasionally affect dispatch timing, but we always aim to complete fulfilment as efficiently as possible.

Order Dispatch Updates

During inventory check periods and busy holiday seasons, order dispatch may take a little longer than usual. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these times.

If your order has already been dispatched, please check your tracking code for the latest updates.

If you have any questions or need more information, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Customs Duties and Taxes

For international deliveries, orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes (such as VAT/GST), or other charges imposed by the destination country upon arrival.

These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are not included in your order total at checkout. Responsibility for any such fees lies with the recipient.

As customs regulations vary between countries, we are unable to guarantee or control these charges. Where helpful, our team may be able to provide general guidance or estimates based on typical historical shipments. Please note that any estimates provided are indicative only and not guaranteed.

For more information, you may refer to: https://www.nzpost.co.nz/business/shipping-internationally/customs-and-duties-updates

We recommend contacting your local customs office for the most accurate and up-to-date information.

Returns & Refunds

Refunds are available for items that are faulty or incorrectly supplied. We are unable to offer refunds for change of mind; however, we are happy to assist with exchanges where possible.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order. Items must be returned in original, unworn, and resellable condition.

Once the returned item has been received and assessed, we will arrange the replacement item. Additional shipping charges may apply depending on the exchange.

Replacements

We will gladly arrange replacements for items that arrive damaged or incorrect.
