Free shipping to New Zealand and Australia. Offer for ends 31st August 2020.
Orders are dispatched via. standard New Zealand Post parcel, and should arrive within 4 days within New Zealand.
Online purchases are fulfilled from our Auckland based warehouse within 2 days of receiving the order. All orders are sent via. New Zealand Post within 2 days of payment confirmation, directly to your provided address.
Postage costs will vary depending on the combined weight of your purchase and the designated country. You will be able to choose your desired shipping method during the checkout process.
Deliveries to all New Zealand addresses will incur a flat $4.50 NZD postal charge via. New Zealand Post, and may take up to 3 business days for delivery (except certain rural areas).
International orders enjoy tax-free direct shipping. All prices listed on this website are tax-included.
All orders are handled by New Zealand post, and calculated based on the combined weight of your purchase and the designated country. Shipping options include Standard Delivery (up to 14 working days) and Express Delivery (up to 6 working days).
Note that we will fulfill orders on weekdays, except during New Zealand public holidays. Delivery may experience delays during major holiday seasons (such as Christmas) due to the availability of the Courier services.
Our team at Kapeka HQ carefully packages and examines every order that leaves our Auckland warehouse. Of course, there is always the possibility that you may receive a damaged or incorrect product. If this is the case, please contact us within a week of receiving your package and we will investigate further.
Refunds will be issued for damaged or incorrectly dispatched products. Change-of-mind refunds will not be issued. If you do change your mind, we will happily exchange your product.
If you wish to exchange a product for a different size or colour, please contact us as soon as possible, after receiving your order. The product must be in the original, unworn condition. We will discuss with you the best option for returning to original product to us, and will send out the new product once we receive and verify the original product's condition. You may be liable to cover additional shipping charges.
Replacements will be sent out for damaged, or incorrect products.
